To install all the budgets on the disk to subdirectories on your hard drive under the Q-PRO directory, run the file AG from the floppy disk that should have been used to download the budgets onto.
To run a budget, select the disk containing the budgets (a: or c:, normally), select the subdirectory (for instance DAIRY), select the Menu file (for instance MENU), click on the directory button, click on the budget button.
To protect or unprotect cells within a budget, select the cell and click the "u" button to unprotect or the "p" button to protect from the budget tool bar.
To save a customized budget, use the
"save as" button in the budget toolbar.
If saving a customized budget to a
new disk or subdirectory, you must copy the file AGLONG to the new disk
or subdirectory after you have saved the customized budget. The file AGLONG
supplies the budget toolbar.
To print, return to the instructions screen by clicking on the instruction button. Click on the type of budget you wish to print.
To add a name or title to the end of each printed page, click the "n" button and add the title. To take the name or title off the end of each page, click the "n" button and backspace.
